Service Description

You will provide your own hair for these services. Included is the braid down, bleaching of the knots, plucking, & styling of the wig/unit. ***I will need to do a head measurement and hair provided by you, the potential client, in my possession no later than 7 days prior to appointment date and time.*** So please be tedious when booking. Please understand I would like to take my time in constructing this for you to provide the best quality. Please reach out via text or email for location to drop off your items for construction. You are able to add additional services if needed (ex. wash & blow dry $30, takedown $15, etc.) Leave a message of your additional services you wish to add at the end of booking. Cancellation & Tardiness Policy

Things happen! Schedules do change! I am lenient & willing to work with you! Please kindly reach out to me so we can come to a resolution. All deposits paid are good for 30 days, meaning you can reschedule another appointment and your deposit will still stand towards your services within a 30-day frame. After 30 days have passed, a new deposit will need to be paid to schedule a new appointment. Unless, we have spoken & have come to a mutual agreement due to conflicting schedules. Then in which, your deposit will still be valid until your appointment. Tardiness, if your appointment starts at 09:30 am for example, I, Kia Clark, am expecting the client sitting in my chair ready to go at 09:29 am. Therefore, I am able to start promptly. Anything after 10 minutes past the appointment time. A late fee of $15 will be applied to your total. After 30 minutes past appointment time, I, Kia Clark, have the right to terminate the appointment. All sales are final. If there was communication prior to tardiness, these additional fees are negotiable.
