The customer's name, email, and billing address are used for shipping merchandise or booking services with staff, Kia Clark.  Once the service is completed the information is terminated, for those who do not have an account with ww.KiaClark.net site.

Shipping & Processing:

Please allow up to 48 hours for Kia's Hair Kare Supply, LLC., to process an order.  Please allow 3-12 business days for shipping to arrive to cover any possible unforeseen circumstances that have probability of interference in your delivery.  Such as weather, incorrect address, miscellaneous changes, etc.  All orders received during Holidays & Vacations time frames will be processed and shipped the next business day upon return.  The site will always state a time frame for Holidays & Vacations a departure & return date so the customer can order, book, or plan accordingly.

Returns & Refund Policy:

 

If you have an appliance, that is defective or faulty, the customer maybe eligible to a refund within 7 days of delivered/received date to the original method of transaction.  Please contact customer service to begin the return process of the defected item. If the customer fails to contact customer service with concern and it has exceeded 7 days from the date of delivered/received, Kia Clark & Kia's Hair Kare Supply, LLC. are not obligated to refund, exchange, or accept the merchandise. Kia's Hair Kare Supply, LLC. and Kia Clark reserve the right to deny refunds. The sale will be final after exceeding 7 days of being received/delivered.

If you have an item that is not an appliance and is defected or damaged, please contact customer service via email or phone as soon as possible.  Provide pictures and videos to ensure the issue is resolved. Kia's Hair Kare Supply, LLC. and Kia Clark reserve the right to deny refunds.
